Mac OS X Mountain Lion (10.8) Update Running as a Virtual Machine using VMWare
[message type=”info”]
I will post the instructions on how to make it work in Windows along with a Download Link for the Mac OS X Mountain Lion installer once I have some more free time…

One issue with testing OS X Mountain Lion, is that it may not be ready for prime time – as it is only a developer release. If you are running VMWare 4.1.0 (or earlier), you can run Mac OS X 10.8 within a virtual partition within VMWare. So you can keep your 10.7.3 running away, but have 10.8 running in a window that doesn’t impact your live machine. A great way to test Mac OS X 10.8 without messing up your regular Mac.
Do not upgrade to VMWare 4.1.1, this only works with VMWare 4.1.0 (or earlier).
Create a new partition, install Mac OS X 10.7 in the partition and then do the upgrade to Mac OSX 10.8 (currently only available to Apple Developers).
